The non-teaching staff Unions of Universities(NASU, SSANU, NAAT) have suspended their 11days old strike.
This was pronounced at a media briefing in Abuja, on Thursday, where the Chairman of the Joint Action Committee (JAC), Sam Ugwoke announced that the strike was suspended for the government to fulfill its part of the Memorandum of Understanding signed with FG within a month. The Minister of Labour, Chris Ngige expressed government plans to meet up with the necessary agreements.
