The foremost governor of kaduna State; Mouktar Muhammed, has been reportedly dead.
According to Premium Times, Mouktar Muhammed, a retired Air Vice Marshal and one time governor of Kaduna State, died of cancer.
He died on Sunday evening, in a London hospital, Faruk Dalhatu, deceased younger brother said.
The retired military officer was the first governor of Kaduna State after its creation in 1977 by the military administration of Olusegun Obasanjo.
