Passengers Groan Over Medview Airline Disappointment

Passengers who were suppose to travel from London, United Kingdom to Lagos, Nigeria have been disappointed by Medview Airline.

Some of the passengers who expressed their displeasure over the irregularities of Medview told our correspondent that they were told that the flight coming Lagos scheduled for Saturday, 23rd of December was delayed due to operational reasons and now scheduled for 27th of December.

A female passenger, who simply identified herself as Mrs Aisha Dania Ogieriakhi told our correspondent that she was at the airport on Saturday because she did not get the earlier message rescheduling the flight.

However, in the course of the delay, some passengers who could not bear the harrowing experience returned home.

Mrs  Aisha Dania Ogieriakhi ,  who left for home in anger expressed disappointment for missing a crucial event in Lagos, Nigeria, the purpose for which the flight was booked.

"I was suppose to enjoy Christmas with my aged mum & siblings, go for an event on the 26th & thereafter enjoy the rest of the holiday before coming back to the UK. It is however disheartening that the next available flight according to Medview is 27th. It was pointless so I decided to stay back.

"We were booked into Sofitel hotel on Saturday night at about 11.30pm without any provision for food. Some people slept at the airport. They later instructed us to fill a refund form by Medview official",  she said

Another passenger who spoke under the condition of anonymity said the airline ought to have announced that those who were still willing to wait should do so, while those who could not wait could reschedule or get refund of their booking.

"It is important that we let our friends and family know that  Medview Airline offers poor services. They would delay you for days without tangible reason. I have sworn not to fly them again as I experienced delays without updates as cabin crew do not have clue"

However, passengers who returned to their homes panic on whether their payment will be returned as there are report that  people with past experiences said Medview do not refund the money of travellers.
