Afrobeats star Davido is celebrating a major milestone as his latest single, “Awuke,” has claimed the top spot on Apple Music Nigeria, overtaking Wizkid’s “Piece of My Heart.”
Released on October 31, 2024, “Awuke” includes a feature from YG Marley, grandson of reggae icon Bob Marley. The song also swiftly climbed to number one on Spotify Nigeria, achieving the position within only five hours.
